Service

Airux GTM is a B2B go-to-market platform that helps you research markets, define ideal customer profiles, find prospects, and send personalized outreach from your own email account (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).

Your account

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• You must keep your login credentials secure

Acceptable use

• Only send outreach to prospects you are legally allowed to contact
• Follow applicable anti-spam and data protection laws (including GDPR and CAN-SPAM)
• Do not use Airux GTM for phishing, harassment, or illegal activity
• Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service

Email & third-party services

When you connect Google or Microsoft, you authorize Airux GTM to send email on your behalf from your connected inbox. You remain responsible for the content you send and for compliance with your email provider's policies.

Credits & payments

Some features require credits purchased via PayPal or other payment methods. Prices and credit usage are shown in the app. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We aim to keep Airux GTM available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airux GTM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue or deliverability issues with third-party email providers.

Privacy

Our use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Airux GTM after changes means you accept the updated terms.
